Kent Dean is an accounts manager located at CVA, Fort Worth, and is a licensed facilitator for the True Colors trainings offered through the company’s Communication & Consulting Division. Kent has been with CVA for ten years and has nearly 20 years of marketing and consulting experience to his credit. As a corporate trainer, Kent has been conducting True Colors seminars for more than five years.

In addition to corporate training, Kent is a seasoned public speaker, an Advanced Toastmaster, and is a greater Fort Worth Toastmasters (District 25) 2005 humorous speech finalist. He is active in the community of Fort Worth and serves as the 1st Vice President of the Fort Worth Advertising Club and is a past board member of the Day Resource Center for the Homeless. Kent is an experienced percussionist and considers music, public speaking and “thinking” about running among his hobbies. Kent and his family reside in Weatherford, TX.
