The True Colors program should be a requirement at all organizations! It creates a light-hearted, yet truthful look at the idiosyncrasies we all bring to the workplace. Presenting the realities about communication styles in a group setting puts everyone at ease and enables participants to be honest with themselves without feeling on-the-spot.

I have participated in several True Colors sessions. I have also been through the second level of training to be "certified" as a True Colors presenter. I have purchased several books and used the training materials with university level classes that I have taught.
